What's free and what's Pro?

The whole Skill Grid Codex is free: adding and learning skills, every suggestion, fonts, devices and budget, and the built-in AI. Pro adds the Claude tab (your Claude skills, plugins and tools on their own grid), the recipe book, the full List Codex and your own color.

How does the free trial work?

The monthly and yearly plans start with a 3-day free trial. It's handled by the App Store or Google Play, and you're only charged if you don't cancel before it ends. Each account can use the trial once. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no trial.

What happens when the trial or Pro ends?

Pro features lock again and the connection to Claude is switched off. Your skills and your Claude skills are kept. Start Pro again and reconnect Claude to pick up where you left off.

How do I cancel?

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Skill Codex. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Skill Codex. Or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

I bought Pro but it isn't showing

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (from your order history).

Deleting your data

Your skills live on your phone, so deleting the app removes them. If you made an account to connect Claude, delete it in Settings or contact us. Full steps: deleting your data.
